Celebrate fall equinox with Jannine Markou through an evening of flowing yoga asanas to the live rhythms of tabla drums and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This class integrates breath and movement with asana to support your body for the changing of the season, along with inspired rhythmic drumbeats taking you deeper into your practice, and nourishing stillness through the resonance of crystal singing bowls.

Special guests, musician Nathaniel Heppell of Krishna Rhythms  will be providing accompaniment on tabla, and Darren Hall of SHEN, Sound Healing Energy on crystal singing bowls.

* Some prior yoga experience recommended
