Inner Breath, Outer Reaches Saturday, March 3rd, 17th & 31st Join Grant over three Saturday afternoon sessions to explore the concepts of prana and apana; the complementary opposites of grounding, rooted stability and expansive creativity and vision. In recognizing these patterns as they arise naturally in our own breath cycles, we can begin to connect to them in the movements of our bodies and eventually in our daily lives. We will use asana postures and pranayama breathing practices to create the space to re-imagine ourselves on a moment by moment basis, waking up to our lives and making room for the transformation that the Spring ushers in.
