Prenatal Partner Yoga Sunday, February 12th Prenatal Partner Yoga is for pregnant women and their partner to move together through supportive yoga asanas (postures), share weight, counter balance and massage. This class will give couples different coping strategies to alleviate discomforts of pregnancy, and tools to use during labour and the birth of your baby. Pregnancy Tea and a snack will be served the last half hour. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited to 10 couples, so sign up today!
