New Classes at Kula Oakville!
This class focuses on the use and awareness of breath, biomechanics and movement to help students heal. This includes cultivating an understanding and acceptance for ourselves, and how we fit yoga into our lives. Slow and steady movement with direct influences on areas such as neck, shoulders, and hips. Whether you are new to yoga, returning to your practice or would like to understand healing principles - this class is designed for you. A dynamic, flowing practice that aligns movement of the body with the pulsation of the breath. This vinyasa class focuses on the Yogic Core and Yoga Nidra - breath. Build strength and precision in your postures so you can execute them with confidence. Begin to feel more vital and centered as we continue our practice together. Good for athletes or for those who want to focus on the core and build their inner-body strength. | ||
