Join Jen Irvine for an inspiring six-week run and yoga
program. Starting at 6:30pm on Tuesday night's, lace your runners and
join your Kula for a thirty minute run. The run will be followed by an
hour yoga class to stretch and align the body for optimal performance
and health during your running regime.

All levels welcome!
