Yoga Fundamentals with Marinella Nesso September 25-November 6th Kula Oakville Over the course of six weeks, explore the foundation of yoga in a playful and supported way. Each class will begin with a vinyasa flow to increase circulation and internal heat. Poses are designed and sequenced to develop core strength and aptitude. Students will learn technique, philosophy and deepen their awareness of the yoga practice as a healing tool for life. Week 1 - Finding Your Breath: Moving with ease and softening the outside
